Good crisis/Dobry kryzys

I'm not a big fan of science-fiction but I like a lot the third of “Riddick” film series. The title character has been left for dead on a sun-scorched planet. At certain point severely wounded Riddick is fighting for survival against scorpion-like creatures called Mud Demons. It seems that he hasn't got any chance but he's battling anyway. “The crisis is the best blessing because brings progress” - Einstein wrote.

It is in crisis that invention, discovery and large strategies are born. Who ever overcomes crisis, outdoes himself without being overcome. Who attributes their failures to the crisis and neglects, violent his own talent and gives most respect to the problems rather than solutions. The real crisis is the crisis of incompetence”.

When “life is brutal” one is waiting and hoping that things would go better but sometimes only hoping is a recipe for disaster. Riddick would fight till the last breath - and he was right: the last “hopeless battle” saved him. “Get it over with the only crises threatening, that is the tragedy of not wanting to fight for it” - Einstein wrote.

To z kryzysu wyrasta pomysłowość, odkrycia i wielkie strategie.

Riddick walczył do ostatniego tchu – i dobrze robił, ostatnia “beznadziejna bitwa” uratowała mu skórę. “Skończmy raz na zawsze z jedynym prawdziwym i niebezpiecznym kryzysem – z niechęcią do walki z nim samym” - napisał Einstein.
