The last supper/Ostatni posiłek

P.'s friend is an oncologist. „To never get cancer you should be drinking lemon and baking soda water in the morning!” - The doctor advised to P. I have informed myself: lemons have amazing (also anti-cancerogenic) properties. Baking soda will normalize the PH of the body. It is that simple. Knowledge is a power. It's extra important if you're the patient.

I remember the dinner my mum was given in the oncology ward: strawberry sauce pasta. In 1931 Otto Warburg was awarded the Nobel Prize for discovering the prime cause of cancer: the replacement of the respiration of oxygen in normal body cells by a fermentation of glucose. In other words: sugar is the main source of fuel which feeds cancer.

Carbohydrates (like pasta) are broken down into simple sugars. We believe all that beating cancer is all about suffering: the brutality of chemotherapy and all other treatments. But it might be also about informing yourself, understanding this „modern disease”. It's not true that nothing can be done: there is lots of good news to be found.

Takie proste... Wiedza to potęga.

Innymi słowy cukier to główne paliwo raka.

Tu i ówdzie czekają różne dobre wieści.
