38.A course in miracles/Kurs cudów

That’s me with my mother on the streets of Chełm: she taught me to believe in all food products. The sweet promise from famous bakery Hetman: 10 doughnuts and a cheesecake. A piece of meat is saving the future: we would have cutlets, like always. I’m still a daughter. Every day the voice of Mother directs me to the store…

It doesn’t mean that I’m a paranoid. Divided soul ceased to be a sign of madness. The idea of Internal Family System Therapy brings back to grace Inner Child, Critic or Parent. Our mind is made up of various „parts” just like a computer. Depending on situation, they are taking over.

I identify myself with Inner Child, taking also the role of Mother and Critic. “The voices” are needed until the Little Girl is immature. The reward for the lack of willpower, temptations you cannot resist is the privilege of being a child. My immature mind is playing with himself. Still I’m trying to grow, and I believe that all roads lead to God. Every day I learn something: that’s my small miracle.

Oto ja z matką na ulicach Chełma: uczyła mnie wiary w produkty spożywcze. Słodka obietnica ze znanej cukierni Hetman, dziesięć pączków i sernik. Kawałek mięsa zapewnia solidną przyszłość, będziemy jeść kotlety, jak zwykle. Nadal jestem córką, głos Matki codziennie kieruje do sklepu.

Nie znaczy to, że jestem schizofreniczką. Podzielony rozum przestał być domeną szaleńców. Metoda terapii Systemu Rodziny Wewnętrznej przywraca do łask nasze Wewnętrzne Dziecko, Krytyka, Rodzica...
